Capacity-building support - enables participants to build their independence and skills. These include:

• Coordination of support
• Assistance with finding accommodation and meeting tenancy obligations
• Support to develop life skills and independence.
• Establishing community and social connections
• Developing daily living skills and structured routines

Core Supports - enable participants to complete activities of daily living. These include :

• Assistance with daily self-care 
• Assistance with household tasks 
• Overnight support
• Meal preparation
