Support Workers provide hands on support to the client, to help them achieve their goals. They work across all areas of the client’s plan providing practical support and coaching towards independent living skills.

Support Workers are matched by age, ethnicity, gender, interests and in general there is a high degree of specification from clients as to the type of person they would like to work with.
