Our Community Group Homes provide 24-hour support for disabled people who require ongoing assistance with daily living while promoting choice, independence, dignity, and meaningful participation in their community.
Rather than simply providing care, we work alongside each person to build confidence, develop skills, maintain relationships, and achieve the goals that matter most to them.
We currently offer Community Group Home options in:
- Papakura
- Papatoetoe
- Golflands (Botany)
These homes are located within established communities, providing residents with access to local amenities, recreational opportunities, healthcare services, and community connections. They are ordinary homes located within local communities, creating opportunities for people to live as valued members of their neighbourhood.
Our Support
Support is tailored to each person's individual needs and goals and may include:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Medication support
- Meal preparation and household tasks
- Community participation
- Health and wellbeing support
- Building independence and life skills
- Positive behaviour support
- Social and recreational activities
Person-Centred Support
We work alongside each person, their whānau, NASC, and other professionals to provide support that reflects their goals, preferences, culture, and aspirations.
